Prósperos can send notifications related to your account, such as if your card was rejected for a purchase to you and your family member. To enable notifications follow these steps.
Login your Prósperos mobile app
Go to the Profile (see the menu at the bottom)
Select Prósperos Notifications button
Go to Account Owner. Enable each item. By enabling you are accepting the following:
- I accept receiving notifications from Prósperos account to the telephone number provided, previously. I understand I can receive up to 20 messages a month.
- I accept to receive important information and updates through WhatsApp
Go to Family. Enable each item. By enabling you are accepting the following:
- I accept to receive important information and updates through WhatsApp.
Select Save (button at the bottom)
