There can be a few reasons why your purchase or transaction got denied.
- You may not have enough money in account to pay for the purchase. This can be fixed by depositing more money in your account or by transferring more money from your cada dia account to your mi familia account.
- The Prósperos Mastercard does not allow purchases that fall in categories such as Gambling, Drugs, Sex and a few other categories.
- The Mi familia card was used to buy something you did not allow. This can be fixed by updating the spend controls you have selected in the Prósperos mobile application. Learn how to update the spend controls on your mi familia account here.
