Types of Accounts
Prósperos offers two bank accounts. The Cada Dia account is for you, and the Mi Familia account is for your family. Each account comes with its own Prósperos Mastercard, which you can use for purchases.
Don’t worry. We will ensure that you don’t overspend and get into debt. You cannot spend more on your card then what you have in the Cada Dia account. Your family can only spend as much as you have put in the Mi Familia account.
Deposits and Withdrawals
You can deposit your earnings into your account either by direct deposit from your employer, by depositing a check from your Prósperos app, or by withdrawing cash at an ATM with your Prósperos card.
Fees and Minimum Balances
- Prósperos does not require a minimum balance in any of your accounts.
- Prósperos does not charge any fees to send money to your family, and there will be no fee to use the Prósperos card in Mexico.
- We do charge a monthly $15 maintenance fee, which helps us cover the cost of banking services. Remember, it’s still a lot less than what you are paying for check cashing and sending money to your family.
